In June, thousands of climate control engineers from all over the world gather in southern California to research what the ideal temperature would be for human happiness. You could see all those pocket-protector nerds roaming around the flower lined streets of Atwater Village sniffing around, holding their faces to the sunshine, wetting their fingers to monitor air direction. Their research is never done.
