We are a part of a puddle nation. It was so so rainy today at all the wrong times.
I have professionally determined that traffic is actual part of Los Angeles weather. It is an exclusive part of the urban lifestyle where mechanics meet organics. The cars aren't weather per se, but they could be. I was behind a giant white truck at the 101/10/5 split near downtown and it was my own personal hurricane.
