I escaped the LA heat wave to visit a friend in cool Phoenix, Arizona. I braved a breezy lighting storm on the way to Albuquerque. The big sky is a showcase for several simultanious weather patterns. Since I'm gone,I have asked my friends back in LA to send a report.

Ha! One more weather report- the title of this blog will have to change if this keeps up. 98 and sweltering.
