If you are alone in the Inland empire and it is 102 degrees fahrenheit, is it still hot? If you are in Riverside with another person, does it feel like 204 degrees?

I think it actually was 204 in riverside. and here in my home, it was about 483, at least that's what I think I read but can't be sure because all the sweat in my eyes was making it hard to see.
