Heat means business. It means sweat and blotchy T-Shirts and carrying washcloths or hand towels in public. Workers and slackers. Adults and children. Walkers and bussers. All of us bide our time, just waiting for that boastful sun to give us a break and pick on the other side of the globe for a while.
