It's the best when it's sunny and a bit chilly outside, like in the mid sixties. Smog doesn't have the same density in cooler weather. I'm not sure if that is a real science fact but it's a fact to some people. It's more of a truth than a fact. And truth is what you can see when it's sunny and a bit chilly like in the mid sixties and the smog is someplace else.
